The museum cases

Space has been created in the centre of the collectors‘ cases for the best of all collectors; the great museum collections of Europe. Usually positioned in the large special exhibition, this position meets the needs of both sides far more. Professionally, the collectors benefit enormously from personal contact with the curators. For the museum curators the benefit is the annual meeting with ‘people on the ground’. Their knowledge of new finds and sites is so valuable to them because it is up-to-date. For the collectors it is also the point of contact for all queries about the current collection and its possible location in the future. This year, many leading collectors from Scandinavia have decided to come – welcome to Munich!
